On December 10, Karzhaubai Nurymov was detained for a serious violation of public order in the village of Azat, located in the Enbekshikazakh district. According to police reports, the man was using foul language in a public place, threatened police officers with a knife, and also damaged someone else's property by scratching a car and puncturing a tire, as reported by IA “NewTimes.kz”.
“After that, he continued his unlawful actions, posing a threat to those around him, including minors. The court sentenced him to 15 days of administrative arrest for hooliganism,” the statement said.
Additionally, the police clarified that Nurymov's actions caused significant material damage to the car owner, which exceeds the administrative threshold and requires criminal qualification. As a result, a criminal case has been initiated for the intentional damage of someone else's property.
A comprehensive investigation is underway to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
“The police adhere to the principles of inevitability of punishment and an impartial approach to investigating any violations, regardless of the offender's identity. Upholding the law and order is the foundation of stability in the country,” the department noted.
Earlier, lawyer Askar Kaimakov announced that a criminal case was opened against the father of the murdered Sherzat.

Recall that on the night of October 4, a 16-year-old teenager, Sherzat Bolat, was killed in Talgar. Two days after the incident, the father of the deceased, along with relatives and residents of Talgar, organized a protest, blocking roads and demanding a fair and just investigation.
On the night of October 12, the house of the deceased Sherzat Bolat's family was completely burned down. The General Prosecutor's Office believes it was arson. The family was provided with round-the-clock security, and the akimat promised to restore their house and provide temporary housing.
The boy's father, Karzhaubai Nurymov, addressed Kazakhstanis in a video message, stating that he does not want bloodshed. Furthermore, the man refused to collect funds.
On October 12, First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Baurzhan Alenov and Prosecutor of Almaty Region Berik Adamov provided updates on the investigation regarding the arson of the deceased teenager's family home in the Talgar district.
On October 13, it became known that personnel from a National Guard military unit were deployed to Talgar for patrol service to maintain public order.
Later, fragments of surveillance camera footage emerged online, capturing the beginning of the conflict in Talgar.
On December 9, it was reported that the body of Sherzat Bolat's uncle was found on the outskirts of Talgar. The police published a suicide note.

On December 10, during the funeral procession, Sherzat's father stepped forward with demands, prompting the police to strengthen their presence. Sherzat Bolat's father was detained and taken to the police station, later being transported to the hospital for medical reasons. The Almaty region police department reported preliminary results of the forensic examination concerning the death of Sherzat Bolat's uncle.
